  I have bought two vehicles here the first time which was roughly three years ago, was a terrible experience with Ford the company; the salesman basically laughed at me for knowing less about cars than they did and it was hard to find someone help me find a car to begin with not happy. The second time I went to Toyota to go help buy a car with my mom they were kind, negotiated fairly, and were just overall a way better experience than with Ford. Although both companies took about three hours to get paper work done while employees just stood around alot more pleased with Toyota.
