  Honestly the worst experience I have had since I started wearing glasses 18 years ago. Incompetent staff became very rude when they imputed my insurance information improperly and then treated me like I was trying to pull something on them. Ended up canceling my kids glasses. They keep calling me to come pick them up when I canceled. If they try to charge my insurance for glasses I didn't want I wouldn't be surprised. Never going here again.
